Welcome to AdMyzo. AdMyzo is operated by Anirup Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the AdMyzo website, dashboard, reports, alerts, APIs, Google Ads integrations, and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Service
AdMyzo is a business software platform designed to help users monitor advertising performance, view reports, receive alerts, and manage advertising-related insights.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information.
Keep your login details secure and confidential.
Use the platform only for lawful business, advertising, reporting, and marketing purposes.
Follow all applicable laws, advertising policies, and third-party platform rules.
Use AdMyzo in a responsible manner that does not harm the platform, other users, or third-party systems.
2. Account Registration and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Google Ads and Third-Party Account Access
AdMyzo may allow you to connect third-party advertising accounts, including Google Ads, to enable reporting, alerts, recommendations, dashboards, and account monitoring features.
By connecting a third-party account, you confirm that you have the necessary permission and authority to grant AdMyzo access to that account.
You remain fully responsible for:
Your advertising accounts.
Your ad campaigns, budgets, billing, and payments.
Your advertising content, keywords, targeting, landing pages, and offers.
Platform approvals, disapprovals, suspensions, policy violations, and compliance.
Decisions made based on reports, alerts, recommendations, or insights shown in AdMyzo.
AdMyzo does not control Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other third-party advertising platform. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, limits, account access, or services at any time.
4. Google API and OAuth Access
If you connect your Google Ads account, AdMyzo may request access through Google OAuth and Google APIs.
AdMyzo uses Google API access only to provide user-facing features such as Google Ads reporting, dashboard metrics, alerts, recommendations, monitoring, and related summaries.
You may disconnect AdMyzo’s Google access at any time from your AdMyzo account settings where available, or from your Google Account permissions page.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s own terms, policies, and account rules.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Some AdMyzo features may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, plan features, usage limits, billing cycles, included accounts, alerts, reports, and other limits may vary by plan.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select. Subscription charges may be recurring unless cancelled according to the plan terms.
We may update pricing, features, or plan limits with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid services after changes means you accept the updated pricing or plan terms.
6. Free Plans, Trials, and Usage Limits
AdMyzo may offer free plans, trial access, beta features, or limited-use features.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue free plans, trials, beta features, or usage limits at any time.
Free or trial access does not guarantee permanent access to any feature.
7. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Misuse, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform without permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, accounts, servers, or user data.
Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of AdMyzo.
Use AdMyzo for illegal, misleading, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating advertising activities.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
Use automated scraping, excessive API requests, or abusive usage patterns without permission.
8. Reports, Alerts, and Recommendations
AdMyzo may provide reports, dashboards, alerts, AI insights, recommendations, and summaries based on available account data.
These outputs are provided for informational and operational support only.
AdMyzo does not guarantee:
Specific advertising results.
Increase in leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or ROAS.
Accuracy of third-party platform data at all times.
That every issue, alert, account problem, or policy violation will be detected.
That recommendations will always be suitable for every account or business.
You should review all information carefully before making advertising or business decisions.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep AdMyzo stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
Service may be affected by:
Maintenance or updates.
Hosting or server issues.
Internet or network problems.
API limits or API changes.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other third-party platform issues.
Security, compliance, or technical incidents.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of AdMyzo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share, and delete user information, including Google Ads-related data accessed through Google APIs.
11. Intellectual Property
AdMyzo, including its software, design, branding, dashboard, reports, workflows, documentation, content, and related materials, is owned by Anirup Technologies LLP or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from AdMyzo without written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
AdMyzo may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment gateways, analytics tools, hosting providers, email services, WhatsApp/SMS providers, and support systems.
We are not responsible for third-party platform errors, suspensions, policy changes, API restrictions, data delays, downtime, billing issues, or service interruptions.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AdMyzo if:
You violate these Terms.
You fail to pay applicable fees.
You misuse the platform.
Your usage creates legal, technical, security, or compliance risk.
We are required to do so by law or third-party platform rules.
We discontinue a service, feature, or plan.
You may stop using AdMyzo at any time. Paid subscription cancellation, refund, and billing rules will depend on the applicable plan and payment terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMyzo and Anirup Technologies LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, advertising losses, account suspension, or missed opportunities.
AdMyzo is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, subject to applicable law.
15. No Professional Advice
Reports, alerts, recommendations, AI insights, and platform summaries provided by AdMyzo are for informational purposes only.
They should not be considered legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advertising advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all advertising decisions.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of AdMyzo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi NCR, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
