Google Ads and Google API Data
If you choose to connect your Google Ads account to AdMyzo, we may access Google Ads account data through Google APIs after you grant permission through Google OAuth.

Google Ads customer ID and account information.
Campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, and asset information.
Performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, cost, conversions, conversion value, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and related reporting data.
Google Ads alerts, recommendations, account status information, policy-related notifications, and optimization data available through the Google Ads API.
Data required to generate dashboards, reports, alerts, summaries, and performance monitoring features.
AdMyzo only accesses Google Ads data that is necessary to provide the features requested by the user.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as browser type, IP address, device details, operating system, cookies, login activity, usage logs, error logs, and platform activity to operate, secure, and improve our services.
Payment and Subscription Information
If you purchase a paid plan, billing and payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details unless specifically supported by an authorized payment provider.
2. How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your AdMyzo account.
Provide Google Ads dashboards, account summaries, reports, alerts, recommendations, and monitoring features.
Show campaign performance, account-level insights, and Google Ads Pulse summaries.
Send email, WhatsApp, and platform notifications that you request or enable.
Process subscriptions, billing, payments, invoices, and account management.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
Improve product performance, user experience, security, and reliability.
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, errors, or technical issues.
Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not use Google Ads data for unrelated advertising purposes.
3. Google API Data Usage and Limited Use Compliance
AdMyzo uses Google APIs only to provide user-facing features that are visible and relevant inside the AdMyzo platform, including Google Ads reporting, performance dashboards, alerts, recommendations, account monitoring, and related summaries.
AdMyzo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This means:
We only access Google user data after the user grants permission through Google OAuth.
We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing AdMyzo features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or advertising networks.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, retargeting, or marketing purposes.
We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve AdMyzo services, comply with applicable law, protect users, maintain security, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets where legally permitted.
We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security, support, debugging, legal compliance, or when the user has given permission.
We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Any AI-powered summaries or insights in AdMyzo are used only to provide user-facing reporting, monitoring, recommendations, and account support features requested by the user.
4. Google Ads Account Connection and User Consent
Connecting a Google Ads account to AdMyzo is optional. If you connect your Google Ads account, Google will show you a consent screen explaining the access requested by AdMyzo.
You can choose whether to grant or deny access. If you do not grant access, some Google Ads-related features may not work.
AdMyzo does not receive your Google account password. Access is provided through Google OAuth tokens and Google API permissions.
5. How Users Can Revoke Google Access
You may disconnect or revoke AdMyzo’s access to your Google account at any time.
You can do this by:
Using the disconnect option inside your AdMyzo account, where available; or
Visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing AdMyzo’s access.
After access is revoked, AdMyzo will stop accessing your Google Ads data through Google APIs. Some stored reports, logs, summaries, or account records may remain in AdMyzo for service continuity, legal compliance, billing, security, or backup purposes unless you request deletion.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable data unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Some deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being securely removed according to our backup retention process.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, and improve AdMyzo. These may include:
Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.
