Request deletion directly from AdMyzo

Email support@admyzo.com with the subject AdMyzo Data Deletion Request.

Remove AdMyzo through Meta

1. Open Facebook Settings & Privacy.
2. Open Settings, then Apps and Websites.
3. Locate AdMyzo and remove the app.
4. Where Meta provides the option, select Send Request to request deletion.

Removing the app stops new access through that authorization. You may also email support@admyzo.com to request deletion of eligible information associated with the connection.

Revoke Google access

You may disconnect AdMyzo inside your AdMyzo account where that option is available, or remove AdMyzo from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops new Google API access. To request deletion of eligible stored information, also submit a deletion request using the email instructions above.

What a verified request may remove

The bounded Meta Ads Account Overview is designed to process the provider response transiently without storing it in a database. If no eligible stored provider record exists, we will confirm that outcome.

Processing, retention, and confirmation

We will acknowledge a valid request promptly and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Additional time may be required where permitted by law, where identity or authority cannot be verified, or where limited information must be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Some deleted information may remain in protected backups for a limited period until those backups expire under the applicable retention process. Retained information will remain restricted and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

When applicable, we will provide a reference number and a completion or status update by email. If any information cannot lawfully be deleted, we will explain the reason.
