This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing work for AdMyzo. AdMyzo is operated by Anirup Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing or using a paid AdMyzo subscription, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Subscription Billing
AdMyzo may offer monthly, yearly, trial, or custom subscription plans. Pricing, features, usage limits, billing cycles, number of connected accounts, reports, alerts, and other plan benefits may vary by plan.
Subscription charges are billed according to the plan selected by the user. Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the payment method and billing setup.
2. No Refund After Plan Starts
Once a subscription plan has started, access has been activated, or the billing period has begun, no refund will be provided for that active billing period.
This applies even if the user does not fully use the service, uses the service only partially, or decides to stop using the service before the billing period ends.
3. Monthly Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
Cancellation does not cancel, reverse, or refund the current active billing period. The user may continue to use the paid plan features until the end of the current paid period, unless access is restricted due to misuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Wrong plan activation caused by a system or billing error.
- Incorrect charge caused by a verified billing issue from our side.
- A technical issue caused by the AdMyzo platform that completely prevents access to the paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Refund approval is not automatic. Each request will be reviewed based on payment records, account activity, service usage, and the nature of the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the service after activation.
- Partial month usage or unused days in a billing period.
- User selected the wrong plan without a verified system error.
- Issues caused by Google Ads, Meta Ads, third-party APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers, internet service providers, or user-side technical problems.
- Loss of access caused by Google account permissions, Google Ads account restrictions, suspended ad accounts, revoked OAuth access, API limits, or third-party platform policy changes.
- Advertising performance dissatisfaction, including lower leads, sales, conversions, ROAS, or campaign results.
- Violation of AdMyzo Terms & Conditions, misuse of the platform, abuse, fraud, or policy-violating activity.
6. Third-Party Platform Limitations
AdMyzo depends on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google APIs, Meta Ads, payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, and communication services.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, API errors, data delays, account suspensions, policy changes, billing issues, or restrictions caused by third-party platforms.
Such third-party issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Trials, Free Plans, and Promotional Offers
AdMyzo may offer free plans, trials, beta access, discounts, coupons, or promotional offers from time to time. These offers may have separate limits, conditions, and expiry dates.
Free plans, trial access, beta features, or promotional offers do not guarantee permanent access to any paid feature. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue such offers at any time.

Please include your registered email address, company name, subscription plan, and reason for cancellation so we can process the request properly.
9. Refund Request Process

- Payment date and transaction details.
- Reason for refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting information.
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card provider, or payment method used.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of AdMyzo after the updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
